Skandia Global Wholesale Solutions is normally only available to investors with over $100,000. We have a special offer for investors where this low cost service can be accessed with only $50,000.

 

This can be used by individuals or self managed super funds as a low cost alternative to access traditional managed investments. Skandia is not a fund manager, they are specialist platform provider that contain a range of high quality managed funds, and fund of fund offerings.

 

Many investors have a wrap account or master trust service, Skandia was the first in Australia to offer a Wholesale Service with discounted fees to make your investment work harder for you. The service also offers access to boutique fund managers from across the world with free access to Morningstar fund x-ray and research.

 

Ongoing Fees

The total ongoing fees are the wholesale MER of the fund you choose plus 0.40% (adviser fee). The fees will range from 0.90%-1.90% per annum. On average this is total ongoing fees are 1.45% per annum. This is far lower than other fund offerings and could potentially provide you with savings of over 0.50% every year on your portfolio.

 

Special Offer

Normally the minimum amount required to access this service is $100,000, however we a special offer that is not available direct, a minimum initial investment amount of $50,000.

 

Fees and Charges

What we like about this master trust is the simple to understand fee structure. No entry fees, no exit fees, no transaction fees, just the MER of the fund you choose plus 0.4% adviser fee.

Commission Payable

We will not receive an upfront commission from Skandia. We will receive a trail commission that is equal to 0.40% of the funds you invest per annum.

 

Other Features

Worried about investing and the market taking a plunge? Take advantage of the free dollar cost averaging service through Skandia. This means that your initial investment will be placed in a high earning cash account and then drip fed into your investments over a period of months (however long you wish).

Rebalancing, there is also the optional automatic rebalancing of the portfolio available on a 6 month or 12 month cycle. This can ensure that your portfolio remains in the original balance that was selected.
