The Willmott Forests Premium Forestry Blend Project 2009 combines three plantation forestry species: She-oak, Radiata pine and Silky Oak in a single agribusiness project. The diversification across the species is designed to reduce risk, with different species planted in different locations.

 

 

Premium Forestry Project

The Premium Forest Blend aims to provide growers with an early, consistent and environmentally sustainable return from;

• The fast growing biomass species (She-oak); and

• Longer-term returns from the high quality hardwood species (Silky Oak)

• The species co-habitat in their natural environment and will be planted together in a single plantation.

Up to 8% cash rebate (see below)

$5,000 per timberlot (0.52 hectare)

100% tax deduction for investment amount

IRR up to 13.90%*

Income in years 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 13 & 15

16 year term

Commissions & Cash Rebates

With tax effective investments we will receive a commission that is not paid from your investment amount. With the Willmott Forests Project this is 5% commission and 5% marketing allowance. 100% of the commission is rebated, plus part of the marketing allowance depending upon the amount invest as shown in the table below:

 

 

The cash rebate is paid to you as soon as we receive our commission payment ex GST, note the investment amount corresponds to the number of units, eg 4 lots will be a 6% rebate, 9 units or more would be 8%.
