The Rewards Group offers investors a unique opportunity to participate in a the development of a teak plantation resource in Australia. Investors will receive immediate and ongoing tax benefits plus excellent projected returns upon harvest of the teak trees at age 7,10,14 and 18 years. The Project has strong investment fundamentals as well as providing significant environmental benefits.

With increased demand for high value teak furniture worldwide, government incentives for forestry projects, and environmental benefits, the development of teak tree crops on farmland in tropical Queensland is a project with excellent fundamentals.

Investment Payment Options

You are able to invest in this project using cash, or you can access the 100% finance option from the Rewards Group. The various options are shown in the table below (note monthly repayments are based on a per woodlot investment basis):

Commissions & Cash Rebates

With tax effective investments we will receive a commission that is not paid from your investment amount. With the Rewards Project this is 5% commission and 5% marketing allowance. 100% of the commission is rebated, plus part of the marketing allowance depending upon the amount invest as shown in the table below:
