TFS Corporation Ltd (TFS) are a West Australian public company, committed to the growth and management of Indian Sandalwood plantations on behalf of Growers (investors) and the Company itself.

 

TFS was founded following the success of government trials into the plantation growth of Indian Sandalwood in the Ord River Irrigation Area (ORIA) of north-east WA.

 

TFS first planted Indian Sandalwood in Kununurra in 1999 and has since planted over 840 hectares on behalf of almost 600 individual Growers and companies associated with TFS making TFS the largest Indian Sandalwood managed plantation in the world.  

 

TFS has made significant investments in land making us one of the major irrigated land holders in the north of Western Australia. Our newly purchased Kingston Rest property is 6,600 hectares in size which is made up of 2,400 hectares of freehold land, 1,200 hectares of pastoral leased land and a 3,000 hectare dam.  TFS also owns over 1,200 ha in the Ord River Irrigation Area.   

 

The company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in December 2004.

 

The future intention of TFS, prior to our first harvest around 2012, is to become a vertically integrated Sandalwood company, from growth to oil distillation and high-end-market product manufacture.
