The Macquarie Forestry Investment 2007 provides you with the opportunity
to invest in Australian plantation forestry. Your forestry business
will grow plantation trees in Victoria with expert support at all stages
of the process. Once fully grown, the trees will be harvested and the
woodchips sold.
Uniquely, the Macquarie Forestry Investment 2007 also
offers you the opportunity to invest in the land on which the trees are
grown. By investing in the land as well as the trees you have the
potential to benefit from any proceeds from the sale of the land at the
end of the investment term in addition to any cash returns from the sale
of the woodchips.
