The Great Southern 2008 Diversified Olives Income Project gives you the opportunity to enter into the business of commercially growing both conventional and organic olives. The olive oil will be extracted from the conventional portion and sold as extra virgin olive oil on behalf of growers. Olives produced in the organic portion will be sold to buyers as fruit, who will produce and sell organic extra virgin olive oil. Both varieties of olive oil will be sold both locally and internationally. You can expect excellent taxation benefits, a high level of security features and a long term expected income from the sale of organic olive fruit as well as conventional olive oil.

 

The Project

You can invest from as little as one grovelot ($6,325 GST inc, 0.1ha). Annual returns are expected for 16 years after year five to year 20, with the olive trees reaching maturity after eight years.

Investment Payment Options

Commissions & Cash Rebates

With tax effective investments we will receive a commission that is not paid from your investment amount. With the Great Southern Diversified Olives Income Project this is 5% commission and 5% marketing allowance. 100% of the commission is rebated at minimum:

 

The cash rebate is paid to you as soon as we receive our commission payment ex GST, note the investment amount corresponds to the number of units, eg 2 grovelots will be a 6% rebate, 10 units would be 8%.
