Unlisted Property Trusts
Unlisted property trusts provide secure long term income streams to your portfolio with the potential for capital gains through price increases.

 

Your funds are pooled with other investors to purchase large direct properties, a manager then collects the rent and disperses it to the investors, or unit holders.

 

Unlisted trusts are only opened for a short period, similar to a share market float. They seek to raise a specific amount of money and once this is raised the offer closes.
