Investors are invited to participate in the income and potential growth in value of the portfolio of coastal land assets which have been acquired for the Mariner Coastal Investment Fund. 

 

The Fund’s investment objective is to provide investors with stable cash flows from rent and eco resort and tourist park fees. The Issuers also seek to provide investors with long-term capital growth through the appreciation in the value of the Fund’s underlying property assets.

 

The Fund is seeking to raise $35 million by an Offer of Stapled Securities. The Offer is fully underwritten by Mariner Financial Limited. The Fund comprises: 

• Mariner Coastal Investment Trust - a property trust that will seek to  derive rental income and capital growth from eco resort and tourist park Investment Assets leased to Mariner Leisure Management Limited; and

• Mariner Leisure Management Limited – an operating company that will operate the eco resort and tourist park businesses under leases of the Investment Assets.

Fees, Charges and Commissions

There is no entry fee on this investment, however we will receive a 3.0% distributor fee. If this investment is lodged through us we will rebate directly to 2.0% of the upfront commission that we receive. keeping 1.0% for administration costs. No ongoing commission is received.
