Macquarie Direct Property
Fund (MDPF or the Fund) is an open ended, unlisted property fund that
aims to provide investors with regular, tax effective income returns
from a portfolio direct property and listed property securities.
The Fund is well
positioned to grow with a view to enhancing investor returns by
seeking to take advantage of some of the opportunities within
Macquarie's global property investment pipeline. Opportunities may
include direct property acquisitions in Australia and overseas, future
sub-underwriting of issues of securities in Macquarie managed property
funds, and investing in Macquarie property trusts pre-Initial Public
Offering.

There is normally a 4% entry fee on this
investment, however we will rebate 100% of this so you pay no entry fee,
providing a 4% fee saving. We will
receive a 0.40% trail from the MER of the fund that does not alter your
ongoing fees.

property trust. The loan is for a 3 year period and there are three
interest rate options for lenders.
The minimum loan amount is
$50,000, and given that a 60% loan is provided this equates to an
investment in the property trust of $84,000 ($50,000 loan and $34,000 of
your own funds).
