Lachlan established the Office Fund in September 2002 to provide investors with an opportunity to share in a direct office property portfolio providing a regular income stream and longer term capital growth prospects, together with tenant, lease and geographic diversity.

 

The Office Fund portfolio, valued at $197 million, currently comprises eight high quality office properties:

  • 50 Queen Street, Melbourne – $31 million

  • 606 St Kilda Road, Melbourne – $30.2 million

  • 93 George Street, Parramatta NSW – $23.5 million

  • 71 Moreland Street, Footscray Vic – $14.85 million

  • 19-25 Moore Street, Turner ACT - $11.35 million

  • 91 Northbourne Avenue, Turner ACT - $10.125 million

  • 7-11 Barry Drive, Turner ACT - $8.15 million

There is no entry fee on this investment, however we will receive a 4.0% distributor fee. If this investment is lodged through us we will rebate directly to you the 3.0% upfront commission that we receive. keeping 1% for administration costs. A 0.25% trail commission is received that is not payable by you and does not affect your ongoing fees.
