The Becton Retail Property Trust comprises 11 retail properties located in well established retail areas in Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania and Queensland.  The assets provide investors with important diversification benefits through their geographic spread and mix of tenants and lease terms.  At the date of the PDS, the properties are fully leased or subject to rental guarantees with an average lease expiry (by income) of 6.54 years.

 

This Trust is currently returning investors a monthly income of 8.7% that is 100% tax advantaged. The maturity date of the fund is 2014, however a redemption facility is offered by the manager in March and September each year.

There is no entry fee on this investment. however we will be paid a distributor fee, this is equal to 3.0% of the funds that you invest an asset commission of 0.25% per annum. If this investment is lodged through us we will rebate directly to you the 2.0% of the upfront commission that we receive. keeping 1.00% for administration costs.
