The open-ended Becton Industrial Trust is an unlisted property trust that has been expanded with the addition of properties, making a total of 28 with an asset value of $231m.  The portfolio's diversification has been improved away from its WA focus to a national profile.  All properties will be located in an established or zoned industrial precinct within the metropolitan boundaries of a capital or regional city of Australia.

As with all unlisted property trusts we will be paid a distributor fee, this is equal to 3.0% of the funds that you invest and no ongoing commission. If this investment is lodged through us we will rebate directly to you the 2.0% upfront commission that we receive. keeping 1% for administration costs. A 0.25% trail is received from the MER of the fund.
