The new Hi Q (highly intelligent) Fund invests in a diversified range of property assets and uses financial structuring to provide investors with a much sought after  double-digit income stream.  Hi Q’s forecast distribution per annum is 10.63%*, which compares favourably to more risky asset-backed securities, or lower-returning bonds.

 

Investment Strategy

Hi Q utilises the investment strategies of the highly regarded Real Estate Capital Partners Enhanced Income Fund (REIF), which focuses on delivering income plus an element of capital growth to investors.  The Fund supplements this strategy with specially designed financial structures and a broader investment mandate to provide you with a potentially higher level of income.

 

The Fund has been launched in response to demand in the market for investments with a higher income producing capability that may not carry undue levels of risk.  Whilst the potential income return is attractive, the risk profile of the Fund remains aligned closely to movements in the Australian listed property trust market.

 

The Fund is structured with the aim to provide quarterly income payments and flexibility with regular liquidity periods.  It aims to complement or enhance existing core property strategies as well as existing income producing investments.

 

The Fund has been developed in conjunction with one of the world’s leading investment banks, UBS, which will provide the financial structures for the Fund.  Derivatives are used by the Fund to increase the income from a portion of the underlying listed property security investments.

Fees, Charges and Commissions

There is normally a 4% entry fee to this fund, however is lodged through us we will waive 3% of this fee, retaining 1%. Note that there is also a 0.50% trail commission that we will also waive on your investment.
