The
Investment Process
The first step is to decide what investment you are interested in and
then download the information that you require. You can also submit your
details to have hard copies of information posted. Usually we have the
following available for each investment:
the Product
Disclosure Statement
Independent Research
an investment
summary page
Once you have examined this information there are two options, you can
print the application form contained in the electronic Product
Disclosure Statement, or request a hard copy of this from us.
You then complete the application and post it to us (in the supplied
reply paid envelope where we posted information to you). As soon as we receive this we take copies of the
application and cheque (kept for 7 years for you) and lodge this with
the appropriate fund manager on your behalf. We place our brokers stamp
on the application, this ensures that we are the adviser on the
investment and we can rebate commissions.
When we receive your application we will check to ensure that it has
been complete correctly and contact you to confirm that it has been
received and lodged. You will then receive notification direct from the
company that your investment is placed.
