Xenon Alpha Plus2 has a target compound average growth rate of 15% to 18% per annum* (after all fees and expenses). The Alpha Plus Portfolio has been designed to provide leveraged exposure to the performance of the Ivy Fund (the performance of which is based on the performance of the Ivy Rosewood Diversified Fund) and the Meridian Fund ("Funds").

The Alpha Plus Portfolio uses leverage to magnify investors' exposure to the Funds. The amount of this leverage and exposure to the Funds is adjusted throughout the Term via the Investment Allocation Mechanism.

The performance of the Alpha Plus Portfolio will be calculated in Australian dollars even though the Ivy Fund and the Meridian Fund are US dollar funds. Investors' currency exposure will be hedged on a monthly basis.

Fees, Charges and Commissions

There is no entry fee on this investment. However this fund pays a 3.0% upfront commission to brokers that is not payable by you.

If you lodge this investment through us, once we are paid our brokerage we will rebate 2.0% of this to you, keeping 1.0% of the commission as our fee. If you invest direct you will not receive this rebate, effectively we can provide you with an initial return on investment of 2.0%. A trail commission is payable on the investment, however this does not start until year 2 and is 0.50% per annum payable from the MER of the fund.
