Vault 08 is designed to safeguard your capital and generate wealth in a tax effective manner. If you have limited equity you can apply to use the 100% investor loan to gain up to two times the exposure to five selected global investment strategies managed by UBS, a global investment bank.

Capital safeguard – 100% capital protection of your investment amount at maturity after 5 years.

Global investments – for the first time, Australian retail investors have access to five of UBS’s global investment strategies.

Wealth generation – the fund is designed to generate capital appreciation over a 5 year term through an enhanced exposure to UBS’s investment strategies of up to two times your investment.

Limited equity – you can borrow up to 100% of your investment amount with an indicative interest rate of 10.60%

Tax effective – if you take up the loan facility, your interest payments may be tax deductible.

 

Optional Investment Loan

Optional 100% finance is available through UBS with an interest rate of 10.60%. The minimum loan amount is $50,000.

 

Fees, Charges and Commissions

There is normally a 2.75% entry fee on this investment. However we will waive this entire fee for applications lodged with our stamp.

We will receive a trail commission is payable on the investment of 0.50% per annum from the MER of the fund.
